About the class
This is a one time, very informal class, by nature, and is approximately 2 hours long. The class is not intended as psychological therapy or to provide an individual plan for managing specific sleep difficulties, but rather it aims to provide information on general sleep issues, an idea of what normal infant sleep should look like, and detailed information on the main self-help strategies.
